Job description

### Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and manage tender documents (BOQ, clarifications, unit prices).

2. Measure quantities from drawings for take-offs.

3. Prepare proposals and quotations for customers.

4. Evaluate price comparisons and cost summaries.

5. Prepare tender documents for subcontractor/vendor quotations.

6. Source and analyze quotations for relevant trade works.

7. Raise tender queries and design discrepancies promptly.

8. Ensure supplier equipment and subcontractor quotes meet tender requirements.

9. Create accurate cost estimates for interior design projects, factoring in all costs.

10. Handle tender correspondence and updates for changes to documents.

11. Conduct technical reviews of supplier/contractor quotations for compliance.

12. Review and update costing summaries based on tender addenda and revisions.

13. Prepare monthly progress claims for customers.

14. Verify and maintain records of project variation work and site instructions.

15. Assist in compiling tender submissions, including qualifications.

16. Perform additional Quantity Surveyor duties as assigned.
