About the Company

Our client is a fast-growing soft furnishings specialist with a strong presence in both residential and hospitality projects. Backed by decades of expertise in the industry, they are expanding their operations and seeking an energetic and responsible Quantity Surveyor cum Project Management Executive to strengthen their projects team.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Check tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
• Manage day-to-day communications and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain and manage project installation schedules.
• Provide advice on contractual claims and prepare payment claims.
• Maintain awareness of current building contracts.
• Handle end-to-end project delivery of sub-projects, ensuring completion within scope, quality, time, and cost.
• Act as the primary customer interface during project delivery.
• Manage project P&L and identify opportunities for additional service business.
• Provide regular project updates to Sales, Operations, and Management teams.
• Proactively manage contract variations and review delivery costs to optimize efficiency.
• Record and monitor completed work costs, materials used, and maintain documentation.
• Attend site meetings and manage relationships with customers’ project management teams and subcontractors.

Requirements

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor and/or Project Manager.
• Related experience in hospitality/building industry preferred.
• Exposure to residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
• Eye for design and good product knowledge.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Creative, meticulous, and strong time management.
• Able to work independently to meet deadlines.

Working Hours

• Mon – Fri: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Sat (Alternate): 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (If working Sat, off on following Monday)
• Sun: Rest day
