Qualifications

• Min Degree in Quantity Surveying or its equivalent.

• Proven ability in contract negotiation, contract administration & variation orders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze cost comparison.
• Obtain quotations and liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers.
• Responsible for measuring quantities and taking off.
