Job Responsibilities

• Managed and prepared cost estimates for construction projects
• Evaluated tenders and quotations
• Measured and took off quantities for project tendering
• Prepared and monitored progress claims and subcontractor payments
• Prepared and submitted variation and cost claims, contracts documentation
• Coordinated correspondence among consultants, contractors, and suppliers
• Identified variation orders and provided accurate cost implications
• Interpreted and prepared technical drawings for submission
• Prepared reports and materials to meet project requirements
• Provided support and advice during pre-construction, construction, and post-construction stages
• Conducted site visits as required
• Performed other QS-related tasks as assigned
• Undertook additional roles and responsibilities as assigned by the Company or Director.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in quantity surveying
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
