Responsibilities

• Coordinate preparation of project budgets and cost estimates.
• Proficient in using office software, sending and receiving emails.
• Responsible for taking measurements and drafting tender documentation.
• Prepare for tender and analyze the tender returns.
• Assist with pre‑qualifications.
• Responsible for the complete cost management and contract administration of the project, including preparing claims and final account settlement.
• Other duties / special assignment as assigned from time to time.
