• Manage the commercial & contractual terms of construction projects from tender to post contract including preparation of tenders, review contract documents, quantities take-off, variation orders, cost estimates, monthly claims, and final accounts
• Work closely with Project Manager and Contracts Manager in preparing monthly project costings
• Duties: Tendering, procurement, contract administration, final account, project coordination
• Other duties assigned by the management from time to time
