Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and cash flow projections for construction projects.
• Handle sourcing, quotation comparison, and appointment of subcontractors and suppliers.
• Administer subcontracts and supplier agreements, ensuring scope, quality, and cost compliance.
• Track project expenses, monitor budget utilization, and highlight potential cost variances.
• Prepare and submit monthly progress claims and verify subcontractor claims and payments.
• Manage variation works arising from site changes, revised drawings, or client requests.
• Maintain accurate records of measurements, site quantities, and material usage.
• Prepare project final accounts and support the Project Manager in overall cost control and reporting.

Requirements:

• Proficient in construction measurement and cost estimation
• Knowledge of Singapore standard contracts and construction regulations
• Experienced in tender evaluation, cost planning, and budget monitoring
