Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on quality checks using tools like calipers and gauges to ensure every product meets precise standards.

• Support production trials, monitor processes in real-time, and help prevent issues before they arise.

• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot and improve how we build.

• Maintain clear records and follow procedures to keep everything audit-ready.

• Contribute to root-cause analysis and help design even better ways of working.

Qualifications

• Are comfortable with basic tools and Microsoft Excel.

• Enjoy teamwork, learning, and growing in a fast-paced, supportive setting.
