Responsibilities

• Ensure all vessels comply with safety, structural, and regulatory requirements.
• Implement and uphold the Quality Management System (QMS) to maintain consistent standards across shipbuilding and repair operations.
• Oversee the Quality Control team in inspecting critical construction processes—including welding, fabrication, and coating—to ensure alignment with engineering drawings and specifications.
• Verify that all projects meet required quality levels, customer expectations, and mandatory technical standards.

Requirements

• Experience of shipyard; Understanding of shipbuilding and project workflows.
• Naval Architecture or Marine Engineering background.
• Willing to work at the Batam, Indonesian shipyard.
