Qualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant working experience in Quality related field and/or semiconductor industry.
• Preferably knowledgeable in vacuum systems.
• Ability to manage, develop and execute plans timely.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers and workshop operations to identify issues.
• Manage customer complaints for timely resolution.
• Perform product assurance analysis to maintain quality standards.
