Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections on incoming/outgoing materials.

• Assist QC lead in reviewing inspection reports.
• Liaise with NDE inspectors on site.

Job description

Job Responsibility

• Performs inspection (i.e. visual, hardness, dimension etc.) on incoming/outgoing of raw materials/machined parts from in‑house or sub‑contractor per the order requirements/procedures to ensure it meets the specified requirements for compliance.
• Records all findings discovered during quality inspection which includes measurements, test results and visual defects.
• Report any anomalies found.
• Responsible in the documentation of inspection and tests conducted on the products.
• Ensure all inspection reports are accurate and documents supported are updated.
• Assist QC lead in inspection verification and reviewing of all inspection reports for compliance.
• Liaise with NDE inspectors on site and ensuring job is completed with complete traceability.
• Any other ad hoc matters assigned by QC lead.

Job Requirements

• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to read drawings of products and understanding machining process will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge on measuring equipment such as dial gage, caliper, micrometer, hardness tester etc.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experiences.
