Job summary

A leading food safety firm in Singapore is seeking a motivated QA Assistant/Executive to join their team. The role involves supporting food safety and quality assurance initiatives across the Central Kitchen and outlets. Ideal candidates should have a diploma in Food Science & Technology and at least 3 years of experience in the F&B industry. Strong knowledge of HACCP and ISO 22000 is required, along with excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma in Food Science & Technology or related field.
  • Preferably 3 years of experience in QA within the F&B industry.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English; Chinese is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, and food safety practices.

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated QA Assistant / Executive to join our team and support food safety and quality assurance initiatives across our Central Kitchen and outlets (local and overseas). This role provides opportunities for growth within the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in implementing and managing food safety (HACCP & ISO 22000) and quality assurance programmes across Central Kitchen and outlets.
  • Train staff on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), food hygiene, and proper food handling techniques.
  • Support QA testing programmes and assist with new product development.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
  • Investigate and address feedback from customers, outlets, and the Central Kitchen.
  • Ensure adherence to all SOPs in Central Kitchen and outlets.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors regarding maintenance or QA‑related matters.
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in Food Science & Technology or related field.
  • Preferably 3 years of experience in QA within the F&B industry.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English; ability to communicate in Chinese is an advantage due to operational needs.
  • Highly motivated, detail‑oriented, and proactive.
  • Strong knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, and food safety practices.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Effective communication and training abilities.
