We are seeking a dedicated Quality professional to join our team and play a key role in ensuring product quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction. The role will focus on supporting our automotive manufacturing operations with strong involvement in QMS, EHS, and customer complaint management. Automotive Industry (ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001)

Responsibilities

• Handle customer complaints, lead root cause analysis, and prepare 8D reports.
• Monitor product quality and after-sales performance using SPC, FMEA, and other quality tools.
• Implement and maintain ISO 9001 & IATF 16949 systems, ensure proper documentation control.
• Conduct internal and external audits, follow up corrective actions, and prepare quality reports.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 standards, perform EHS audits, and improve safety practices.
• Coordinate with customers and suppliers on drawings, specifications, and documentation updates.
• Provide training on quality and EHS practices, and promote risk-based thinking across departments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and other plants to resolve quality issues.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control.
