Arc Marine Engineering Pte Ltd is an established supplier of quality marine products and a trusted engineering service provider globally. We are a member of the International Shipsuppliers & Services Association (ISSA) and the Association of Singapore Marine Industries (ASMI).

We are looking for a highly motivated Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) Manager to join the team with tremendous growth potential within our group companies.

Job responsibilities
  • Responsible for implementing and updating the QHSE management systems, ensuring audit and regulatory compliance at all times in Singapore, and support India team during ISO and Class audits.

  • Monitor KPIs on QHSE, Security and Sustainability, and initiate campaigns to promote compliance and awareness including fire safety.

  • Conduct annual management review, monthly safety meetings and take part in incident investigations and risk assessments.

  • Perform regular checks and internal audit of ongoing processes for all the business units.

  • Check CCTV recordings daily for any safety violations and untoward incidents.

  • Investigate customer complaints and supply discrepancies, and all other incidents reported.

  • Conduct briefing of new joiners and subcontractors engaged in the warehouse and workshop.

  • Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by the General Manager.

Requirements
  • Engineering diploma or degree relevant to marine or shipping industry.
