Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the Quality Control (QC) department to ensure that all products meet required quality standards and specifications.
  • Oversee the inspection of CNC machined parts using various measurement tools, including CMM, micrometers, and calipers.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures and policies to improve product consistency and reduce defects.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve quality issues, collaborating with production and engineering teams.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards.
  • Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including inspection records, non-conformance reports, and corrective actions.
  • Train, develop, and mentor the QC team, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve quality issues and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience in quality control, with a strong background in the CNC or manufacturing industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of CNC machining processes, quality control tools, and inspection techniques.
