Job summary

A well-established medical devices company is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to perform inspections and quality tests. Candidates should have at least one year of QC experience and be familiar with QC tools. The role involves maintaining quality records, reporting abnormalities, and supporting investigations. Offering a competitive salary between $2500 to $3500 plus allowances, training is provided for those with lesser experience. Location is Boon Lay, with 4-day work weeks on rotating shifts.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform quality control inspections using pin gauge, Vison Measurement (VMS) machine, measuring tape etc for dimension measurement, and product functional test such as tensile measurement in accordance with quality inspection standards
• Maintain accurate quality records and retain sample collections in compliance with Good Documentation Practice (GDP) requirements
• Promptly report any product abnormalities and initiate Non-Conformance Report (NCR) when quality issue are identified
• Support supervisor in investigating customer complaints, quality issues, and implementing corrective actions
• Maintain daily 5S housekeeping in the assigned area daily. Ensure safety regulations are being observed at the workplace
• Assist the superior to complete other tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

• Preferably at least 1 year of QC work background, familiar with 7 QC tools
• Blueprint reading capabilities, and ability to use measuring devices like gauges, meters, calipers
• Training will be provided for candidate without or with lesser experiences
