Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Perform Inspections (Incoming, FAI, In-Process and Final Inspection) for dimension & welding requirements
  • Familiar with all standard types of mechanical and electrical measuring equipment
  • CMM programming knowledge is a must
  • Able to interpret drawings and customer’s requirements
  • Monitor all measuring equipment for calibration due dates; and to coordinate outsourced calibration
  • Generate accurate inspection reports, Non-Conformance Reports & other customer required documentation
  • Assist in communicating the non-conformances identified during the inspection to relevant production department personals
  • To assist Quality Department in reviewing Mill Certs and other outsourced reports
  • Maintain all controlled document files & test records for the required duration as dictated by standards / customer
  • Assist to liaise and handle customer for final inspection
  • Assist to coordinate and relay QC requirements to vendors
  • Assist QA in documents related activities
  • Good Communication skill is required
  • Report to assistant manager Quality
  • Assist in performing ad hoc duties
Requirements

  • At least 5 years of working experience related to the manufacturing environment, preferably from the oil & gas industry
  • At Able to interpret drawings and technical documents
  • Able to work independently and contribute to the team excellence
  • Good technical competence & strong communication skills
