Overview

Job Summary: The QA Project Engineer plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our company product through rigorous testing and quality assurance practices. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing comprehensive test plans, and overseeing the quality of the product lifecycle from design and development to production phase.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining Quality Assurance Plan for production of our company products.
  • Benchmark, develop and implement inspection methods and procedures to meet quality objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality considerations into the entire project lifecycle.
  • Participate in product testing during design and development cycle and support in product/process qualification.
  • Interpret and analyze mechanical drawings with attention to details.
  • Identify, document, and report defects or anomalies, working closely with cross-functional teams to address and resolve issues promptly.
  • Facilitate meetings for Material Review Board (MRB) disposition.
  • Support in internal and external audits.
  • Execute in accordance with the Company’s Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.
  • Stay current with industry best practices, tools, equipment testing in our company system and quality assurance.
  • Any other duties assigned by Supervisor.
