Job summary

A food manufacturing company in Singapore seeks a QA Executive to oversee food safety compliance and conduct audits. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required for training. This role offers 5-day work week with 44 hours inclusive of weekends and public holidays.

Chateraise Singapore is looking for a QA Executive.

Job Description:

• Responsible for the day to day food manufacturing process to ensure it complies with food safety standards, specifications, and government and industry regulations.
• Conduct regular internal QA audits of the Central Kitchen as well as the temperature of in process and outgoing finished products.
• Perform in-house microbiological testing on products and environment
• Production duties and training of production operators and implement corrective actions and continuous improvement in production area.
• Managing Factory’s general affairs
• Inventory and shipment management
• Any ad hoc duties required

Requirements

• Diploma in Food Science/ Technology or other relevant fields.
• Minimum 1 year of QA experience in the food industry.
• Must be comfortable working in a cold environment.
• Able to multi-task and work independently
• Strong analytical mind and problem-solving attitude
• Must be able to converse in English and Mandarin (for training of Mandarin speaking employees).

Work Location: 10 Chin Bee Drive

Working Hours: 5 days/week, 44 hours (inclusive of weekends and PH)
