Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards. The role includes leading certification activities and managing food safety systems. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant QA/QC experience and a degree in Food Science. Strong knowledge of ISO 22000 and HACCP is essential. The position offers a salary of up to SGD 3,500.

📍 Location: Tuas
🕒 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:15 PM
💰 Salary: Up to 3500

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure food safety, quality and hygiene compliance with statutory and company standards
  • Lead Food Safety Management System (ISO 22000) certification, audits and HACCP activities
  • Act as Halal Coordinator to ensure MUIS compliance
  • Drive CAPA investigations and corrective / preventive actions
  • Support QA for Pilot Plant and new beverage / food products
  • Manage QA digitalisation initiatives and documentation (incl. IP protection)
  • Handle customer and regulatory documentation queries
  • Plan QC lab manpower and schedulingConduct internal and supplier audits
  • Monitor product quality and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Lead food safety risk management and Business Continuity Planning (BCP)
Requirements
  • Min. Degree in Food Science or related discipline
  • Min 5 years’ QA/QC experience in manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of food safety systems (ISO 22000, HACCP, Halal)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
