Job Info

• Salary: Basic up to $3300 + VB
• Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8:30am - 6pm)
• Location: Changi

Job Scope

• Maintain a Quality Management System compliant with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485, ISO 16949, and other regulatory requirements determined by management
• Ensure that all measuring equipment is calibrated according to the specified intervals and meets the required standards
• Identify inspection critical points for new projects based on customer drawings and product specifications
• Resolve quality assurance issues using Corrective and Preventive Action Reports (CPAR) and root cause analysis
• Conduct employee training and oversee the performance appraisal process
• Regularly communicate the plant's quality performance to both plant associates and management
• Manage nonconformities, including reviewing in-process quality failures, determining the disposition of nonconforming materials, and liaising with customers and suppliers to resolve issues
• Monitor program performance post-implementation to prevent the recurrence of operational problems and ensure efficient operations
• Participate in activities such as providing support for UL-related issues, handling environmental declarations, and controlling RoHS documents
• Conduct regular Quality Management System (QMS) briefings to raise awareness among employees
• Ensure that changes implemented in production areas are effectively managed to prevent potential adverse impacts on operations
