Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in External Quality System related audit.
• Drive Internal Quality Audit activity.
• Support Product Audit for compliance certifications.
• Prepare Product Compliance Declaration Reports.
• Educate internal employees on quality procedures.
• Maintain company data relevant to QMS and EMS.
• Control documentation related to quality.
• Support compliance with global organizational policies.

Skills

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in External Quality System related audit and coordinate External Customer Audit.
• Drive Internal Quality Audit activity.
• Support Product Audit e.g. UL, CCC, CSA etc.
• Preparation of ROHS, REACH and other Product Compliance Declaration Report for customer and timely distribution of all documentation.
• Educate internal employees to ensure that they understand and comply to quality procedures and standards.
• Update, maintain and control company data relevant to QMS and EMS.
• Compiling, maintaining and control document such as customer drawing, Engineering Change, Deviation, Document Change.
• Ensure document upload/ update in the documentation system or distribution to specific location.
• Ensure the control all documentation under change completely executed.
• Documentation review with respective function/ department.
• To support and comply with the Brady Corporation Global Policies, Brady Policy, Quality Policy, Environmental Policy, Safety & Health Policy and other organization policies that are relevant to job functions. To responsible, accountable and committed to fulfill the codes and statements prescribed in the policies.

Requisite Criteria

• Degree/Diploma in any discipline with minimum 2-3 related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or work experience.

Skills

• Knowledge in ISO9001, 14001 and regulatory compliance standard such as UL, CCC, CSA.
• Prefer experience in SAP system, knowledge in principles and practices of SAP
• Good communication of spoken and written in English
• Experience in conducting quality system audit
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
