Job summary

A leading electronics company in Singapore is seeking an experienced Buyer/Procurement professional. The role involves expanding the supplier base, ensuring timely delivery of materials, and negotiating with suppliers. Candidates should have 2-3 years of experience in a CM/PCBA environment, with a preference for knowledge in electronics components. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5:30pm.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in CM/PCBA environment as Buyer/Procurement.
• Knowledge of Electronics Components preferred.

Responsibilities

• Expand supplier base through development and sourcing.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials.

• Execute Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders.

Responsibilities

• Expand supplier base through development, sourcing and approving of suppliers.
• Ensuring timely delivery of materials.
• Negotiation with suppliers.
• Execution of Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Order.
• Conduct material cost saving programs.
• Responsible for the co-ordination with freight agents to ship out goods and perform other related shipping functions.
• To perform other related job functions as and when directed by the Senior Purchasing Officer / Manager

Qualifications

Min. two to three years of working experience in CM/PCBA environment as Buyer / Procurement.

Knowledge of Electronics Components preferred.
