Responsibilities

• Support the HOD in developing purchasing strategies aligned with company goals and market trends


• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with international suppliers to secure competitive pricing, quality, and reliability


• Maintain accurate inventory records, prepare purchase orders, and ensure timely delivery of products


• Liaise with suppliers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure smooth procurement and resolve issues promptly


• Monitor supplier performance, conduct reviews, and ensure compliance with contracts, policies, and regulations


• Keep up to date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges

Requirements

• Min. Diploma in Business / Logistics or equivalent


• Min. 8-10 years of Purchasing / Procurement Experience in F&B Industry, with min. 5 years of Leadership experience
