Job summary

A recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking a Purchaser to manage inventory and procurement operations. Responsibilities include planning orders, handling Purchase Orders, and coordinating logistics functions. The ideal candidate should have a relevant diploma or certificate and at least 1 year of experience. This position offers a salary range of SGD 2500 to SGD 2800, and working days are Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and schedule orders to fulfil the inventory.
  • Process Purchase Orders and documentation.
  • Assist in operations and inventory control matters.
  • Support Inventory and logistics functions.
  • Process and handle inventory documentation.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing materials and equipment.
  • Supervise and coordinate transporting, stacking and shipping activities.
  • Manage warehouse and lay down area.
  • Coordinate with Sales Department on inventory shortfalls or late deliveries.

Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Education

Professional Certificate, Nitec, or Diploma in Logistics Management
