Purchasing Executive

In this role, you will:

• Source for COTS parts and materials in a timely and cost‑effective manner, in meeting operational needs.
• Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Monitor and track the status of orders and resolve any issues or delays.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during the procurement process.
• Maintain records and follow up file of purchase, shipments, and related matters.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• NITEC/Diploma in Electronics/Purchasing/RF Communication
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge in Electronics/Mechanical Parts and Components
• Proven experience as a Purchase Executive in Electronics Industry or similar role
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
