Key Responsibilities
- Manage purchasing activities, including supplier coordination, procurement, and payment follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records in Zoho and NOVA.
- Ensure product quality, timely delivery, and cost-effective procurement.
- Handle 3rd-party vendor management, including contracts, bids, and service evaluation.
- Oversee customs, tax clearance, and compliance with government regulations.
- Support Commercial, Finance, and Warehouse teams for smooth operational cycles.
- Implement and monitor contracts, processes, and company policies.
- Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by CEO or Finance Head.
Requirements
- Only for Singaporeans.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates during daily communication.
- Diploma, Degree or qualification in Logistics, Purchasing, or Supply Chain.
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience.
- Hands-on experience with logistics, inventory, and warehouse management.
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Zoho, NOVA, or other inventory systems is a plus.
- Ability to develop reports, tools, and systems to support business decisions.
