Location: Somerset

Work Hours: Mon to Thurs (9.30am - 6pm); Fri until 5.30pm

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage purchasing activities, including supplier coordination, procurement, and payment follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records in Zoho and NOVA.
  • Ensure product quality, timely delivery, and cost-effective procurement.
  • Handle 3rd-party vendor management, including contracts, bids, and service evaluation.
  • Oversee customs, tax clearance, and compliance with government regulations.
  • Support Commercial, Finance, and Warehouse teams for smooth operational cycles.
  • Implement and monitor contracts, processes, and company policies.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by CEO or Finance Head.
Requirements
  • Only for Singaporeans.
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates during daily communication.
  • Diploma, Degree or qualification in Logistics, Purchasing, or Supply Chain.
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience.
  • Hands-on experience with logistics, inventory, and warehouse management.
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Zoho, NOVA, or other inventory systems is a plus.
  • Ability to develop reports, tools, and systems to support business decisions.
