  • Prepare PO documents and issue PO.
  • Revise, change, or close purchase orders as necessary.
  • Send purchase orders to suppliers.
  • Follow up on shipping documents from suppliers.
  • Submit relevant documents to the Accounting Department.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure delivery schedules are met.
  • Import inspection and permits.
  • File related documents in company shared drive.

Working hours: 8:30 am – 6:00 pm, 5 working days.
