  • Maintain and update supplier database, contact lists, and SOPs.
  • Keep stock lists updated.

  • Negotiate with suppliers for best pricing.
  • Conduct market research for new products.
  • Source alternative products when unavailable.
  • Coordinate with suppliers on issues.
  • Assist chefs with ordering specific items.
  • Design and implement inventory tracking systems.
  • Document daily deliveries and shipments.
  • Prepare and oversee stock-taking procedures.
  • Generate analysis reports on inventory operations.
  • Communicate with outlet managers and marketing department.
  • Travel regularly to outlets.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the manager.
