Job summary

A property management firm located in Singapore is seeking to hire a candidate to manage tenant's fit-out and reinstatement works. The ideal applicant will have at least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a commercial building environment. Responsibilities include conducting checks on vacant units, liaising with vendors for repairs, and managing contractors. Strong communication skills are essential for this role. Job Description

• To manage tenant's fit-out/ reinstatement works and conduct timely handovers or takeover of units when required

• Ensure fortnightly checks are conducted to vacant units

• Escalate feedback to OM where necessary

• Attending to tenants enquired through emails when required.

• Facilitating repair, liaise with vendors and contractors where necessary. Report to OM in the event it cannot be rectified within a reasonable time

• Obtain quotation for minor repairs

• Manage vendors and contractors

• Any other ad-hoc assignments assigned by the Management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree with at least 3 years relevant working experience preferably withCommercial Building/Grade A building experience
