Job summary

A boutique hotel group in Singapore is seeking a facilities management professional to oversee daily operations of residential properties. The ideal candidate will have either a Higher NITEC or Diploma in relevant fields with at least 1 to 3 years of experience in strata-titled property management. Responsibilities include managing common areas, engaging service providers, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. The position offers valuable working experience within the hospitality industry and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience in strata-titled residential property management for Officers.
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience in strata-titled residential property management for Executives.
  • Knowledge of Building Maintenance & Strata Management Act (BMSMA) will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain day-to-day operations of residential property.
  • Ensure effective management of common areas through routine checks.
  • Conduct on-site checks for development works by contractors.
  • Engage service providers and manage their contracts.
  • Prepare and submit an annual budget.
