ExperiencedSpecialist for our Propeller Repair & Reconditioning Workshopbased in Singapore. This is a permanent role ideal for a technical professional skilled in advanced propeller restoration, mentoring, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct specialized repair, reconditioning, and balancing of marine propellers using advanced welding, re-pitching, and finishing techniques
  • Restore propellers to original or enhanced specifications, ensuring performance, durability, and compliance
  • Work closely with clients to assess needs and deliver tailored repair solutions
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all repair processes for quality tracking and compliance
  • Guide and train team members in propeller maintenance, repair methods, and safety practices
  • Stay current with industry advancements in repair technologies, materials, and methods
  • Support regional technical teams with onsite diagnostics and performance analysis when required
