• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm, Saturday 8.30am - 12.30pm)
• Salary Package: Basic + AWS + Transport Allowance (if have own vehicle)
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in daily operations.
• Coordinate tasks among main contractors, subcontractors, and workers.
• Supervise daily site activities to ensure timely project completion.
• Collaborate with site staff to adhere to project timelines.
• Ensure installations align with construction drawings and quality standards.
• Monitor work progress and quality on-site.
• Participate in site surveys and visits.
• Lead daily meetings and provide clear instructions.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and scope.
• Follow safety and environmental protocols during project execution.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager.

Qualifications

• ITE/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building, or related field.
• Skilled in CAD and Revit BIM interpretation.
• Available to work 6 days a week (if required).
• Work locations include construction sites and factories.
• Preference for candidates with a Class 2/3 Driving License and their own vehicle, although this is not mandatory.
• Individuals without experience are encouraged to apply, training is provided.
