Roles & Responsibilities

• Support and oversee the construction activities (Civil/Infrastructure - Roads, Pipeline, Sewerange) and progress, plan, implement and monitor work
• Analyze the given project and create a master schedule and site facilities plan to meet the contractual deadlines.
• Develop the project budget, quality plan, and allocate manpower to ensure alignment with the project’s financial and contractual requirements.
• Lead the team in collaborating with clients and consultants to ensure quality standards and workmanship are met.
• Coordinate with relevant departments at HQ to manage the site budget, safety management system, and ISO documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
• From a contractor environment with a series of project experience from start-to-completion
• Comfortable with 6-days workweek
