Job summary

A leading offshore logistics company in Singapore is seeking an experienced project administrator to manage travel arrangements, handle documentation, and perform clerical duties. The ideal candidate must have a Certificate or Diploma in Secretarial or Administration and possess excellent Word and intermediate Excel skills. Additionally, you must have at least 3 years of experience in project management environments. This role offers a dynamic work environment with various responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Handle project team's travel management including visas and ticketing.
  • Monitor team attendance and report to Project Manager and HR.
  • Perform general administrative tasks and manage meetings.

Job Requirements
  • Handle project team's travel management i.e. visas, ticketing and travel requirements including car pickups etc.
  • Team attendance/movements monitoring and reporting to the Project Manager and HR (where necessary).
  • General project administrative/clerical work, manning phones, managing meetings calendar, mail/courier handling, etc.
  • Documentation—MS Word formatting, meeting minutes recording, tracking/ managing/ filing/ binding of documents/drawings as required.
  • Sundry claims processing such as petty cash as required.
  • Organize accommodation in line with project requirements for expat staff members and other staff members as required.
  • Filing or relevant documents for easy access and retrieval. Any other ad-hoc duties as may be required.
Qualification Requirements

Certificate or Diploma in Secretarial or Administration or similar. Excellent Word skills, Intermediate Excel skills.

Experience Requirement

3 years of experience in projects.
