About the role

We are seeking a talented and driven Project Sales Executive/Manager to join our team at Eatons. In this full‑time position, you will be responsible for managing and growing key client accounts, playing a vital role in our continued success and expansion.

What you'll be doing
  • Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business
  • Prospecting for new business opportunities and securing sales from potential clients
  • Preparing and presenting detailed sales proposals and project plans
  • Negotiating contract terms and closing sales deals
  • Collaborating closely with the design and project management teams to ensure seamless delivery
  • Providing exceptional customer service and aftercare support
  • Monitoring and reporting on sales performance against targets
  • Identifying and capitalising on market trends to expand the business
What we're looking for
  • Proven track record of success in a similar sales role, preferably within the interior design or furnishings industry
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with project management principles and experience in delivering complex projects
  • Highly organised and able to multitask effectively
