Job summary

Education

Tertiary qualification preferred

Job Scope

• Work closely with the team to develop effective procurement strategies and approaches to support operational needs.
• Prepare quotation and tender documents for demand aggregation across divisions, and manage the entire quotation and tendering process via the electronic procurement system (GeBIZ).
• Monitor and track procurement activities to ensure timely execution and contract implementation.
• Provide procurement support and professional advice on sourcing, contract management, and spend analysis.
• Document key lessons learnt, including good practices and procurement irregularities, for continuous improvement.
• Participate in ad‑hoc initiatives and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification preferred. Diploma holders with additional relevant experience will also be considered.
• Candidates with prior procurement experience and/or familiarity with Government procurement procedures will have an advantage.
