The Opportunity

• Adecco is partnering with a leading bank to hire a Project Manager (T&M)
• Office Location: CBD

The Job

• Project management, to ensure delivery of key initiatives on time and budget.
• Engaging with stakeholders across business and technology to ensure alignment on key deliverables and timelines.
• Providing regular updates and following up on action items at working groups across multiple workstreams in projects.
• Manage project issues, form and execute actions to overcome blockers to project implementation.
• Plan and execute with the project team on key aspects of the project including requirements gathering, development, testing and eventual production release.
• Consolidate and provide regular (monthly) updates to the Project Steering Committee on the project status, including milestones achieved, project risks and issues for escalation and upcoming milestones (outlook).

The Talent

• 5 years of project management experience in the banking industry
• Good communication skills, able to articulate well in project processes
• Experience handling full life cycle of projects
• Strong in PowerPoint presentation to stakeholders
• Experience and knowledge of Trading (Treasury) products will be very advantageous. Products include FX, fixed income products, CLI product knowledge etc.
• Instead of PMO/Tech Project management related experience, looking for business project management experience as candidate needs to be hands on in managing business stakeholders
