Job description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage operations and projects for Payment Gateway systems within government sectors. The role involves overseeing mission-critical systems, vendor management, compliance, and end-to-end project delivery.

• Job Type: Contract
• Salary Package: Up to $9000 (basic) + AWS

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and vendors for critical government systems
• Ensure system availability, business continuity, and compliance with IM8 and audit requirements
• Oversee AWS/GCC infrastructure and hosting environments
• Manage change requests, security remediation, and service delivery quality
• Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and reporting
• Coordinate stakeholders, UAT, deployment, and governance processes
• Deliver projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in government/public sector
• Proven experience managing critical, internet-facing eServices
• Strong knowledge of IM8 policies, audits, and security controls
• Experience with AWS or GCC cloud platforms
• Familiarity with authentication gateways (AD, Singpass/Corppass) and payment gateways (GIRO, PayNow, banks, Stripe/DBS)
• PMP, CITPM, or equivalent certification preferred
