Overview

We are representing our client, a leading service provider offering end-to-end integrated infocommunications IT solutions services, to look for an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver IT infrastructure projects from planning through execution and completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead the entire project lifecycle from planning, infrastructure design, and build to cutover and post-migration stabilization ensuring compliance with all regulatory, security and risk management standards.
• Coordinate with infrastructure delivery teams, including solution architects, engineers, internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure successful implementation.
• Oversee and track project scope, quality, timelines, and effort to ensure objectives are met.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, analyse proposal, monitor schedule and budget performance to align with overall project goals.
• Provide monthly Project Status Report with comprehensive details at satisfaction.
• Mentor and guide project team members, fostering a collaborative environment and addressing any conflicts.
• Monitor, measure, and report project progress to stakeholders at all levels with clear, consistent and accurate updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
• Minimum 7 years of proven experiences in IT infrastructure project management
• Must have more than 5 years of proven experience in managing cloud infrastructure and application migrations involving > 2000 servers.
• Strong understanding / hands-on of IT infrastructure activities, including networks, servers, databases, and hardware/software components.
• Good working and hands-on knowledge on structural cabling, system operation, support and maintenance of networks, servers, databases, Windows/Unix/IBM/HP/Huawei/Cisco based environment.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proven experience managing large-scale Data Centre Migration Projects.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• PMP and Scrum Masters certification or equivalent.
