A leading IT firm in Singapore is seeking a professional to provide secretariat support to the Audit and Key Risk Steering Committee. You will assist in developing and maintaining the Audit & Key Risk Governance framework and serve as the single point of contact for IT audits. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of IT experience, with at least 4 years focused on application maintenance or IT audits. Strong ITIL knowledge and excellent communication skills are essential for this role, which is a 6-month contract.

Follow-up with audit issue owners to ensure timely completion of corrective and preventive actions.
Drive initiatives to ensure timely completion of corrective and preventive actions by audit issue owners.
Develop and deliver auditee training for application support teams.
Prepare audit status update report for IHiS Management.
Prepare Delivery Group's monthly performance and risk management report.
Assist with the preparation of reports and recommendations for management on the results of audits.
Contribute to increasing awareness of IT audits across organization.
Requirements / Qualifications
At least 6 - 8 years' experience in the IT industry, with minimum of 4 years of working experience in application maintenance and/or IT audits.
Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
Well-versed with ITIL processes, with good/concrete working experience under ITIL best practices.
Good appreciation of IT Security and IT Governance standards and practices.
Possesses good interpersonal skills in interacting with external customers and internal stakeholders (which includes presentation to management).
Excellent communication, negotiation and professional writing skills.
Working experience as a SPOC for IT audits or as an IT auditor.
Broad infrastructure/security domain knowledge is required.
