Job summary

A leading project management firm in Singapore is looking for a Project Manager to oversee work from planning to delivery. You will manage the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely completion and adherence to scope and budget. Responsibilities include supervising team members, coordinating client approvals, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Ideal candidates should have strong project management experience and the ability to resolve site issues effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project.
  • Review and coordinate architectural and technical drawings.
  • Manage project budgets and cost tracking.
  • Supervise Project Executives and junior staff.
  • Ensure proper project documentation and compliance.
  • Manage defect rectification and project close-out.
Job description

Location: Anson Road

Working Days: 6 days (Monday–Saturday)

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary Range: $4,000 – $6,000

Role Purpose

Responsible for managing projects end-to-end, including planning, execution, budget control, and close-out. Accountable for delivery outcomes in accordance with agreed timelines, specifications, and contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Management

  • Manage the full project lifecycle from commencement to completion

  • Develop and maintain project schedules and work plans

  • Monitor progress and ensure delivery aligns with approved timelines

2. Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project

  • Manage scope changes, variations, and formal documentation

  • Coordinate client approvals and site meetings

3. Technical & Site Coordination

  • Review and coordinate architectural and technical drawings

  • Resolve site coordination issues across trades

  • Ensure construction works align with approved design intent

4. Budget & Cost Control

  • Manage project budgets and cost tracking

  • Prepare and manage variation orders (VOs)

  • Coordinate and negotiate with vendors and subcontractors

5. Team Supervision

  • Supervise Project Executives (Senior PE, PE II, PE I)

  • Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion

  • Provide on-the-job guidance to junior staff

6. Documentation & Compliance

  • Ensure proper project documentation and filing standards

  • Maintain compliance with safety and site requirements

  • Support continuous improvement of project delivery processes

7. Handover & Close-Out

  • Manage defect rectification and final inspections

  • Coordinate project handover and client sign-off

  • Ensure submission of complete close-out documentation
