Project Manager

• Working Days: Monday – Friday

• Working Hours: 9am – 5.30pm

• Salary: $ 3,500 – $ 4,500

• Working Location: Eunos
  (Need to travel islandwide to client’s site)

• Industry: Interior Design & Construction Company

Responsibilities:

• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and within scope.

• Manage team performance, assign tasks and provide guidance.

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations.

• Report project progress and issues to senior management.

• Coordinate the work of suppliers, contractors and other stakeholders.

• Maintain project documentation and ensure reports are accurate and complete.

• Able to conduct site measurements and accurately interpret construction drawings.

Requirements:

• Diploma or O-Level qualification with several years of relevant working experience; experience in carpentry / furniture works is required.

• Familiar with interior design processes.

• Familiar with relevant industry tools or software (e.g., CAD, SketchUp, etc.).
