Job Description

• Driving the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) for the InfoSec development team, establish and track quantifiable performance metrics.
• Lead complex security projects from initiation to closure. Proactively manage and mitigate project risks, identifying potential issues and developing advanced contingency plans.
• Collaborate with IT compliance to address compliance‑related issues and ensure that projects are aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Drive process enhancements, analyzing existing workflows to identify and implement strategic improvements that boost efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in project management, with a preference for candidates with experience on information security or cybersecurity projects
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex, large‑scale projects
• Understanding of security principles, technologies, and industry best practices (e.g., vulnerability management, security operations)
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and a strong sense of ownership and accountability
