Overview

Our client, a non-profit organisation, is looking for a Fundraising Project Manager to provide administrative support for the daily operations of the fundraising department and oversee fundraising and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) projects, contributing to the advancement of the charity's overall mission. Ideal candidate should possess strong event management and communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders and spearhead the development of new initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee existing fundraising projects and spearhead the development of new initiatives.
• Identify and engage community partners (businesses and community organizations) to secure funding for project costs.
• Coordinate approved CSR and community projects in alignment with organizational goals.
• Promote the Charity’s mission, vision, and programs to external stakeholders and potential donors.
• Manage donor records, ensuring accuracy and timely updates, and liaise with various business units as needed.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding donor and prospect information.
• Prepare and provide detailed reports to donors on the utilization of their contributions.

Requirements

• Diploma in Social Work or equivalent qualifications.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, coupled with excellent presentation abilities.
• Proven event management and communication skills.
