They are currently seeking an account‑executive‑level professional or project manager to support the creative team of a major FMCG company. This role will act as an extension of the Content Production Manager, helping to manage workflows, communications, timelines, and the review of creative work prior to delivery to internal marketing stakeholders.

The ideal candidate comes from a top‑tier advertising or creative agency background and is comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, high‑volume FMCG environment.

Job Description
  • Draft and manage daily communications with internal teams and stakeholders, external contractors, creative freelancers, other agencies, and suppliers
  • Create, update, and track timelines for ongoing creative and content projects
  • Review creative assets for quality, accuracy, and alignment with briefs before routing to internal marketing teams
  • Coordinate closely with creatives to clarify briefs, track progress, and ensure deliverables stay on schedule
  • Support general account management and project coordination tasks within the FMCG design and content team
Qualifications
  • Background as an Account Executive, Account Manager, Project Manager, or Junior Manager at a reputable advertising or creative agency
  • Experience working with creative teams on high‑volume, fast‑turnaround projects
  • Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills
  • A keen eye for detail when reviewing creative work
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and adapt quickly in an FMCG environment
  • Familiarity with agency‑style workflows and processes
  • Experience at agencies such as Ogilvy, Leo Burnett, TBWA, Wunderman Thompson, or similar is highly preferred

  • Time Commitment: Minimum of 2–3 hours per day
