Qualifications

• Completed 2 projects as Project Manager in Residential Condo or Development.
• Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience.
• Certificate of Project Manager preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractor activities for compliance.
• Monitor workplace safety and health regulations.

Role and Responsiblities

• Ability in leading of Project Team to achieve excellence in the project.
• Plan and manage project schedule to ensure project completion according to schedule
• Manage subcontractors’ activities to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
• Monitor compliance of work with workplace safety and health regulations.
• Monitor the quality of project delivery to make sure they meet project requirements and regulations.
• To implement control measures on material / plant & equipment / utilities usage.
• Supervise daily site activities.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Civil / Structural / Building Engineering
• Completed 2 Projects as Project Manager in Residental Condo, Residential Development
• Min 3-5 years relevant experience.
• Computer skill- Using Microsoft Project, Excel, Word & Power Point etc.
• Certificate of Project Manager
