Qualifications

• PMP, BCCPE, or similar certifications are an advantage.

We are a reputable construction firm in Singapore currently seeking a Project Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates from Myanmar with strong technical expertise and experience in managing construction projects locally in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end construction project execution
• Lead bidding and tender submission processes
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, contractors, and internal teams
• Monitor project progress, cost, and timeline to ensure delivery standards
• Prepare reports and project documentation
• Conduct site visits and ensure safety and compliance standards
• Contribute to new project proposals and client presentations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a prestigious university in Civil Engineering , Construction Management , Architecture , or related field
• Minimum 5 years of local (Singapore) construction project management experience
• Strong command of English (written & spoken); Mandarin is a plus
• Familiar with bidding procedures and client interaction
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Proficient in AutoCAD , MS Project , and other project management tools
• PMP, BCCPE , or similar certifications are an advantage

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range : SGD 5,000-9,000 / month (based on experience and interview)

Working Hours : 44 hours / week (Monday to Saturday half-day)

Rest Days : 6 days off per month
