Co-Development Business Unit – Project Manager (Fixed Term Contract, 1 year)

As part of an agile team, you will work on Government Digital Products (App & Platform) powered by machine learning, artificial intelligence and other emerging technologies.

What you will do
  • Lead government agency engagement and manage strategic planning, adoption, marketing campaigns, programs, events, and reporting.
  • Identify and evaluate sustained competitive advantages of our product offerings amid a rapidly changing marketplace with intense competition, technological advancements and regulatory changes.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers and UX designers to build comprehensive go‑to‑market strategies for multi‑year programs, grounded in competitive insights and operational metrics.
  • Run workshops, webinars, events and build case studies to uncover new opportunities and provide insightful recommendations on strategic and operational efficiency.
  • Own and execute the marketing plan to grow community engagement and business development.
  • Develop brand awareness for the products.
  • Craft Electronic Direct Mailers (EDMs) and develop content for email marketing campaigns.
  • Source and produce marketing collateral (e.g., merchandise prizes).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback.
  • Respond to user queries and drive conversion.
  • Coordinate closely with Software Developers, UI/UX Designers, Data Analysts, Business Analysts, Product Managers and Quality Engineers.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, email content marketing, social media marketing and marketing analytics.
  • Experience planning and executing events, workshops and webinars.
  • Proven ability to develop and drive growth through a marketing plan/program.
  • Strong project management skills and cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex technical product concepts.
  • Flexibility to move fluidly between macro product-market strategy and micro product engagement with government agencies.
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Canva.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and time‑management skills.
  • Capacity to thrive in an uncertain, agile environment both independently and in a team.
  • Strong learning appetite and development mindset.
  • Experience with GovTech products and working in the Singapore Government.
  • Creative, design‑oriented, data‑driven, outgoing, proactive and resourceful problem solver.
