Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to support our upcoming terminal transition at the Singapore Cruise Centre. Reporting to the Project Director, this role will play a key part in planning, coordinating, and executing all operational readiness and transition activities to ensure a smooth, safe, and efficient move to the new terminal.

The ideal candidate will drive cross-functional readiness, streamline processes, and implement best practices to support the successful handover and operational launch of the new terminal facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Project Director and Senior Management to support the planning and delivery of operational readiness and terminal transition activities
  • Coordinate and manage readiness activities across planning, preparation, and phased execution, including volunteer engagement, interim resources, and operational support
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and a smooth transition into the new terminal
  • Guide and support the secretariat and coordinator team to deliver readiness and transition objectives effectively
  • Provide regular progress updates to the Project Steering Committee and key stakeholders on testing, preparedness, and transition milestones
  • Conduct post-activity and post-transition reviews, capturing feedback and working with relevant teams to address issues and continuously improve operational flow and experience
  • Assist with other duties or projects as assigned by the reporting manager
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field with strong project management background
  • Strong project and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, including spoken, written, and presentation abilities
  • Highly self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong commitment to delivering the full ORAT program within the agreed timeline
  • Prior experience in similar projects, such as preparing new buildings, facilities, processes, or systems for operational readiness by the public, agencies, and staff
